The Chalet

Hosted in the summertime home of the Chateau Whistler Golf Clubhouse, The Chalet's Fondue Dinner offers a unique and intimate Winter dinner option.

Menu includes cheese fondue with vegetables, followed by Fondue Chinoise (broth based) served with beef tenderloin, prawns and salmon. The perfect compliment to finish off dinner - a decadent chocolate fondue.

Kids 5 and under eat free (Kids Eat Free program available when accompanied by an adult purchasing an entree. Fairmont hotel guests only), ages 6 - 12 have the choice of a special menu or 50% regular adult menu.

The Grill Room

Surrounded by cherry wood cabinets and featuring the finest wines of British Columbia, Executive Chef Vincent Stufano brings his fourteen years of culinary experience to The Fairmont Chateau Whistler.

The new Grill Room menu highlights dishes that integrate regional ingredients with seasonal influences such as Canadian AAA Prime Beef, Ocean Wise Seafood, and organic produce grown by our local farmers.
